Boost Your Donation by 25%:
When you donate items to Leeds Women’s Aid charity shop and say ‘yes’ to Gift Aid, you’re making a significant impact. Here’s how it works:
If you are a UK tax player, by signing up to our Gift Aid scheme, you allow us to claim back 25% tax from HM Revenue and Customs when we sell your goods. This means more funds for our vital services.

When donating goods at our Leeds Women’s Aid charity shop, you will be asked if you can Gift Aid your donations. If you’re already registered with us, we will simply request your donor number and/or surname and postcode to code each item brought in. If you have not yet joined our Gift Aid scheme, you will be asked to complete a Gift Aid form, confirming that you are a UK taxpayer, understand the tax implications, and wish for Leeds Women’s Aid to act as your agent in selling the donated goods.
