How we can support you

Our practitioners work one on one with children over an average of 12 sessions, using engaging methods to help them work through their emotions and learn about healthy relationships, safety, coping mechanisms and processing of trauma.

During the child-centred, tailored sessions, we look together at what the child or young person may be facing and how we can best support them. This could include topics such as low mood/ anxiety/ depression, consent, self-harm, social media use, eating disorders, sleep identity and hygiene. Sessions can take many forms from informal discussion-based sessions to therapeutic interventions.

How to access the service

The ELEVATE project is not running at present (January 2025), but is set to resume within the next few months. We will share an update once the service re-opens.
