We’re excited to share that Leeds Women’s Aid is offering charity places for the Altra Yorkshire Marathon in York on the 19th October!
This a fantastic chance for you to join #TeamLWA, raise vital funds to support Leeds Women’s Aid and take on an epic challenge!
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are offering places at a reduced fee, so make sure to get in touch with our fundraising team express your interest and secure your place. Our team will be there to support you all the way, with help setting up a dedicated fundraising page, hints and tips to boost your fundraising efforts, and ready-made social media graphics to get the word out to friends and family. We’ll also promote your fundraiser on Leeds Women’s Aid social media channels and, of course, send you your very own official LWA t-shirt so everyone knows you’re part of #TeamLWA!

Already Have a Place? If you have already secured your own spot in the marathon, we’d still love for you to join #TeamLWA! You’ll receive the same fantastic support as our charity place runners, with no suggested fundraising target—just raise as much as you can.
